The installers Junior and Tanner were knowledgeable, polite, professional, respectful and provided service with a smile. Nice young men. It's refreshing to see excellent customer service these days. My wife and I had a great experience with Bath R Us. We had Doug and Mike come out to do a full bathroom remodel. They took the time necessary to do a complete, clean, and professional job. They communicated each step of the way and made sure each step was done properly before moving to the next step. They had great attention to detail and a true passion for this industry. I worked with Rob Hanna over the last two months, my sales representative was exactly on time. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. He walked me through all the details of a shower/bathtub remodel and had many samples of the materials to be used. I was happy with the estimate and have signed the contract with Bath R Us. After signing the contract within 30 days they priced matched another quote and dropped the cost by $1200. The remodel was was started last Wednesday and they finished on Saturday. It looks amazing and the installers did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional and courteous in dealing with me.
Doug and Mike did an awesome job with the replacement of our shower and countertops! Very professional, on time and great individuals to work with!
